Ulead has offered quite a number of installment software as far as trying to make home made movies. With an easier interface and much video options such as transitions and masks, video editing has been made easier thanks to technology.

What is really left is how you would make the entire video compilation into something worthy of a rating. Today, these video editing software have come in numbers. But regardless of which software you use, it all depends on how creative your mind can be when you start creating them on your PC with your scripts in mind.
